What information do we collect? How do we use it?
When you submit a Contact Request Form, we need to know your name, title, company name, e-mail address, telephone and mailing address. This allows us to process and fulfill your request. We monitor visitor traffic patterns and site usage to help us develop the design and layout of our site. We may also use the information we collect to occasionally notify you about important functionality changes to the Web site, new services, and special offers we think you'll find valuable. If you would rather not receive this information, you can send us an e-mail to notifying us of such, or you can use the "unsubscribe" function included with each e-mail we send from the site.

How do we protect your information?
When you submit a Contact Request Form, the information you send to us is initially stored in our server behind a firewall and protected with standard password/logon procedures. We then remove the information from the server and store it on a local drive so that none of it resides on a public server, except for your e-mail address, which we store in a password protected flat file on the public server used for the subscribe and unsubscribe functions of the e-mail subscription scripts.

What about "cookies"?
"Cookies" are small pieces of information that are stored by your browser on your computer's hard drive. Our cookies do not contain any personally identifying information, but they do enable us to provide some personalization features. Most Web browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can usually change your browser to prevent that. Even without a cookie, you can still use most of the features in our site.

Will we disclose the information we collect to outside parties?
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others. We may choose to do so in the future with trustworthy third parties, but you can tell us not to by sending an e-mail message to remove your name at .
